POULTRY EQUIPMENT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Technical Support Starts with the Right Information

Clear equipment details, site information and visual evidence help technical communication move in the right direction. We support customers with installation guidance, commissioning coordination, operator training, troubleshooting communication, maintenance guidance and spare-parts identification.

Tell us which system is involved, where the issue is located, what changed and what the equipment is doing now. Photos, short videos, alarm information and the project reference help reduce unnecessary back-and-forth.

Prepare Your Support Information

If there is an immediate electrical, mechanical, structural or personnel-safety risk, stop the equipment when it is safe to do so, isolate the relevant energy source and follow the safety procedures at your site. This page is not an emergency service and does not replace qualified on-site safety judgment.

A CLEAR SUPPORT PATH

A Clear Support Process Starts with Clear Information

Technical guidance depends on the equipment configuration and the evidence available. The process below helps both sides understand the problem before parts, adjustments or site actions are discussed.

STEP 01

Submit Equipment and Site Information

Provide the project or order reference, equipment name, model if available, exact location of the issue, current equipment status and supporting photos or videos.

STEP 02

Initial Technical Review

The available information is reviewed to identify the system involved, clarify missing details and determine which drawings, measurements, alarm records or additional images may be required.

STEP 03

Remote Guidance and Verification

Where appropriate, the next checks are explained through drawings, marked images, video communication or operating information. Any action must follow the equipment manual and the safety procedures at the customer’s site.

If the issue cannot be evaluated from the available information, further technical coordination, part identification or project-specific service arrangements may be discussed. The next step depends on the equipment, location, project record and service conditions.

STEP 04

Further Coordination When Required

Technical guidance depends on the equipment configuration and the evidence available. The process below helps both sides understand the problem before parts, adjustments or site actions are discussed.

Installation Guidance

We can help review

equipment positioning, assembly sequence, connection points, installation drawings and coordination questions related to the supplied system.

project reference, current installation stage, wide site photographs, close-up photographs and the drawing or position involved.

SUPPORT THROUGH THE EQUIPMENT LIFECYCLE

What We Can Help You Review

Support is most effective when the request identifies the equipment, the project stage and the exact question. The following categories help route your information correctly.

Commissioning Support

We can help review

pre-start information, system-by-system checks, operating sequence questions and coordination between mechanical, electrical and control components.

Please provide

equipment status, control-screen photographs, alarm information, completed installation checks and a clear description of the commissioning step.

Operator Training

We can help review

normal start and stop procedures, daily inspection points, cleaning routines, basic operating records and how to report an abnormal condition.

Troubleshooting Communication

We can help review

the reported symptom, when it occurs, which part of the system is involved and what information is still needed for further assessment.

Please provide

equipment configuration, operator roles, training questions and the manuals or drawings currently available at the site.

Please provide

the exact location, time the issue started, current machine status, alarm code, complete-area video, close-up video and recent operating changes.

Maintenance Guidance

project or order reference, equipment model, nameplate photograph, full-part photograph, installation position and dimensions where safe and practical to obtain.

PREPARE BEFORE YOU CONTACT SUPPORT

The Information Our Technical Team Needs

A useful support request describes the complete situation, not only the damaged or unusual detail. Prepare the following information before submitting the form.

Project and Equipment

Company and project location

Project or order reference, if available

Equipment or system name

Equipment model and nameplate photograph, if available

Exact poultry house, row, tier, machine or system position

Issue and Operating Condition

Date and approximate time the issue started

Current equipment status: stopped, intermittent or operating abnormally

What happened before, during and after the issue

Alarm code or clear control-screen photograph

Recent adjustments, cleaning, maintenance, power interruption or part replacement

Any immediate electrical, mechanical, structural or personnel-safety concern

Photos and Videos

First take a wide photograph showing the complete equipment area.

Then take close-up photographs of the affected position from more than one angle.

Record a short video showing the equipment position, operating sequence and relevant sound when it is safe and permitted to do so.

Keep the image stable and well lit. Do not send only a blurred close-up with no surrounding reference.

Do not remove guards, enter hazardous areas or work near moving or energized equipment to obtain media.

ROUTE THE QUESTION CORRECTLY

Common Support Questions

I have an installation sequence or assembly question. What should I send?

Send the project reference, installation drawing, current installation stage, a wide site photograph and close-up photographs of the connection or position in question.

A feeding or egg-collection route is not operating as expected. What information is useful?

Identify the house, row and machine position. Describe whether the issue is continuous or intermittent, provide the control-screen information and record the route from the drive area to the affected position when it is safe to do so.

A manure belt is tracking incorrectly or the drive area appears abnormal. What should I do first?

If continued operation could create a safety risk or additional damage, stop the equipment according to the site procedure. Send wide and close-up photographs of the belt, rollers, drive area and affected section. Do not attempt adjustments while the equipment is moving or energized.

The control panel shows an alarm. What should I provide?

Send a clear photograph of the complete screen, the exact alarm text or code, the system operating at the time and any recent power, sensor, motor or maintenance change.

How can I identify a replacement part?

Provide the project or order reference, equipment model, nameplate, complete-part photograph, installed position and dimensions where they can be obtained safely. A photograph alone may not confirm compatibility.

Is this page for a new poultry-farm project or quotation?

No. This page is for technical support related to an existing project or supplied equipment. For a new farm, expansion, upgrade, system selection or quotation, use the project inquiry page.
